Technical Comment

This test case is the same as xhtml1_wcag2_20050630_3.1_l3_sc3_002, but the order of the acronym and the expanded form is reversed. The 23 November 2005 version of "Understanding WCAG 2.0 lists "providing the abbreviation immediately following the first use of the expanded form within the delivery unit" as a "sufficient technique". See http://www.w3.org/TR/2005/WD-UNDERSTANDING-WCAG20-20051123/#meaning-located.
