The 23 November 2005 version of "Understanding WCAG 2.0 lists "providing the abbreviation immediately following the first use of the expanded form within the delivery unit" as a "sufficient technique", but not "providing the expanded form immediately following the first use of the abbreviation within the delivery unit".
